COMMUNITY & LIFESTYLE CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all classified, community introduction and lifestyle advertising published by EJS Communications Ltd on H&E Naturist and associated digital platforms including subscriber-only areas of the website.
DEFINITIONS
“Publisher” means EJS Communications Ltd.
“Website” means the H&E Naturist website, associated subscriber areas and related digital platforms operated by EJS Communications Ltd.
“Advertiser” means any individual, company, organisation or representative submitting advertising or community introduction content for publication.
“Advertisement” means all text, images, graphics, links, contact information or other content submitted for publication.
“Community Introductions” means personal profile advertisements intended solely for lawful friendship, social networking and community connection purposes within the naturist and wellness community.
“Rate Card” means the Publisher’s current advertising pricing structure at the time the booking is placed.
NATURE OF SERVICE
EJS Communications Ltd operates as a moderated digital publisher and community platform serving the naturist lifestyle community.
The Publisher is not an intermediary, dating agency, introductions agency, escort platform, adult services provider or marketplace facilitator.
All advertisements are published solely at the Publisher’s editorial discretion.
Access to classified and community introduction advertising may be restricted to subscribers or registered members.
EDITORIAL APPROVAL AND MODERATION
All advertisements are manually reviewed prior to publication.
The Publisher reserves the absolute right to refuse, reject, edit, suspend or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion and without explanation.
Submission of an advertisement does not guarantee publication.
The Publisher may remove advertisements that subsequently breach these Terms and Conditions or which may place the Publisher, its payment providers, hosting providers or community standards at risk.
The Publisher reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address or business legitimacy before publication.

Lifestyle products relevant to the naturist community
PROHIBITED CONTENT
Escort services
Prostitution or solicitation
Sexual services of any kind
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Fetish or BDSM content
Swinging or group sexual activity
Adult entertainment services
Financial arrangement or “sugar” relationships
Explicit sexual language or coded terminology
Illegal services or unlawful activity
Harassment, hate speech or discriminatory content
Misleading, deceptive or fraudulent advertising
Content likely to breach Stripe, payment processor, hosting provider or advertising platform rules
IMAGERY STANDARDS
Naturist imagery may be accepted where it is clearly presented within a lawful, tasteful and non-sexual naturist context.
Images must not contain explicit sexual activity, sexual posing, fetish imagery, close-up genital focus, implied sexual services or offensive or degrading content.
The Publisher reserves sole discretion regarding image suitability.
COMMUNITY INTRODUCTIONS
Community Introduction advertisements are intended solely for friendship, companionship, shared interests, social networking and lawful community connection.
Community Introductions must not offer services in exchange for payment, imply sexual services, include explicit sexual content or solicit unlawful activity.
The Publisher accepts no responsibility for interactions between users arising from advertisements.
ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Advertiser warrants that all information supplied is accurate, truthful and lawful.
The Advertiser must be aged 18 or over.
The Advertiser confirms they have the legal right to use all submitted text and imagery.
Publication of the Advertisement must not infringe copyright, privacy or other legal rights.
Advertisements must comply with all applicable UK laws and Advertising Standards Authority guidance.
Advertisements must comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required in advance of publication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made via approved payment systems operated through the Website.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or remove advertisements where payment is disputed, reversed or unpaid.
Publication periods, positioning and pricing are subject to the current Rate Card.
LIABILITY
The Publisher accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of advertiser-submitted content.
Advertisers engage with readers and respondents entirely at their own risk.
The Publisher shall not be liable for loss of business, loss of profit, personal disputes, misrepresentation by advertisers, user conduct or third-party interactions arising from advertisements.
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the advertisement booking in question on the basis that the advertising revenue was paid to EJS Communications Ltd.
INDEMNITY
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EJS Communications Ltd against any claims, liabilities, costs, damages or legal proceedings arising from breach of these Terms, unlawful content, misleading advertising, infringement of rights or advertiser conduct.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Advertiser information will be processed in accordance with the Publisher’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
Contact information submitted within advertisements may be visible to subscribers and registered users.
The Publisher does not guarantee privacy of contact details voluntarily included within advertisements.
CANCELLATION AND REMOVAL
Advertisements may be cancelled before publication subject to the Publisher’s cancellation deadlines.
Once published, advertising fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by the Publisher.
The Publisher reserves the right to remove advertisements immediately if concerns arise regarding legality, compliance, payment processing or community standards.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
EJS Communications Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
